Dr. Patrick Sullivan has been invited to speak at the New York Academy of Medicine and the New York Regional Society of Plastic Surgeons annual spring meeting. The focus of this year’s meeting will be on periorbital rejuvenation. Dr. Sullivan has long been recognized as a pioneer in the field of plastic surgery and his work on eyelid rejuvenation and face lifting surgery has been widely referenced. Most recently, he spoke about this subject at the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery’s Annual Meeting in San Francisco. Dr. Sullivan was also recently asked to speak about upper and lower lid blepharoplasty and how the use of fat injections can assist in the rejuvenation process.  This was at the 2014 annual Aesthetic Symposium in Las Vegas. His research and work on this subject matter has also been published in the major peer reviewed Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Journal.
The New York Academy of Medicine and the New York Regional Society of Plastic Surgeons annual spring meeting focuses on educating plastic surgeons through bringing together plastic surgery experts from all over the United States so they may share their expertise. Presenting along with Dr. Sullivan will be several other surgeons discussing both their surgical and non-surgical approaches to treating the periorbital region. Dr. Sullivan looks forward to sharing his knowledge with other professionals in the field of plastic surgery and has planned to speak on “Extended Lower Lid Blepharoplasty, Including Periorbital Rejuvenation with Fat Injectionsâ€.
