To Dr. Sullivan and Staff:
Words could never convey my sincere and heartfelt gratitude I have for all of you. The care I received following my recent surgery was beyond anything I could have wished for. I have never experienced such superior treatment as I have with all of you. No one could have done more for me, I was pampered and cared for every step of my treatment.
I know that I could never praise all of you enough. I thank God that Dr. Sullivan and all of you give so much of yourselves to us, your patients. It is truly my good fortune to have met all of you. I am excited and thrilled with my results, far exceeding my expectations.
The icing on the cake was the beautiful bouquet of flowers I received! Unexpected, but much appreciated.
