This is a 37 year old, very physically fit woman concerned with the loss of breast tissue after her weight loss over the last couple of years. Pre Operatively, she wore a 34B bra. She was looking to have her breasts lifted and also regain volume. She desired a fuller appearance that would easily fill out clothing and bathing suit tops. She did not want breasts that were too large.
With my breast augmentation and lifting procedure, using smooth, round silicone implants, I was able to improve symmetry. I also used different size implants (345cc implant on the left and 360cc implant on the right) to give this natural, more symmetric, beautiful look. Here she is 6 months after surgery, loving her result and has reported she no longer needs padded bras.
