I performed a lower face and neck rejuvenation to help smooth out the deformities in her neck, as well as provide a contoured jawline. No incision under the chin was required, as I use endoscopic techniques to provide me the needed visualizations through the hidden incisions around the ear and behind the ear. A multilayer targeted SMAS lift was used in the mid and lower face, as well as providing contour to her jawline. Fat injections were performed to fill in the indentations along the jawline both in front of and behind the jawline. The jowl was of course removed. She had had previous liposuction done in the central neck leaving two large areas of fat on either side.
